Player Acceptance
Players are not considered accepted until full payment is received and any balance from previous seasons is settled.

Refunds
Refunds are subject to the deduction of Rugby Canada Insurance fees.

NSF Cheques
NSF cheques are subject to a $20 administration fee

Code of Conduct
All players will be asked to read and sign the Code of Conduct Policy during first practice.
